And the final volume of Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Chapter 10 is my favorite one of the series, as was episode 10. We find out why Homura seems to know about certain things and why she is dead set against Madoka becoming a magical girl.

Then the final two chapters wrap in the story in an epic bittersweet way. I really don't want to say more than that.

I wanted to finally finish this series, even though I knew how it was going to end, because I had just finished Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon will always be the quintessential magical girl story. But Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a great take on the genre and really takes the trope in a different direction. I think that both have their place and are fantastic stories that I recommend to all who read manga.
