How to Say Goodbye in Robot is a contemporary YA about Beatrice, whose family moves often and she is about to start her senior year at another new school.  She ends up becoming friends with Jonah, who is called "Ghost Boy" by his classmates due to a cruel joke in middle school. Jonah, who hasn't had a friend since third grade.

The book was good and was not a romance. There were some elements, but it wasn't a contemporary romance book. Overall, I liked it, especially the ending.
