Just Another Reader

For whatever reason, I preferred An Abundance of Katherines to this, even though this is always what I heard as the best John Green book after TFIOS.

It was okay, but Alaska was just so manic pixie that it was painful to read at times. The main issue I had with this and AAOK was the highly quirky nature of all the characters. Yes, we are all quirky in our own ways, but I feel John Green takes it to an unrealistic level and it makes it hard to read.
