Codename Sailor V, Volume 2
This continues from Volume 1 and is primarily monster of the week chapters, but it does have an overall arc which the previous book didn't have.
The last two chapters are my favorite part because Minako meets someone from her past (other than Artemis) and remembers her previous life. She also learns why she started off as Sailor V as opposed to Sailor Venus.
Minako is one of the more ditzy characters in the Sailor Moon series, but she is also the leader of the inner scouts and the end of this volume shows why.
