The Titan's Curse

The Titan's Curse - Rick Riordan

This book brought me back to why this series is so great. Sea of Monsters was good, but it borrowed way too much from the Odyssey for me. This went back to just being inspired by Greek Myths. Apollo and Artemis were always two of my favorite gods so I was happy to see them be given major roles, although I would have preferred Artemis to be a bit more grown up.

I didn't guess who the General was. I figured he was involved

due to holding up the sky being a central part, but for some reason I kept thinking he would be someone else.

Also I did guess that Nico and Bianca were Hades's kids. I wish they hadn't gotten rid of Bianca, and I can tell now that letting Nico go, even though he doesn't know who his father is is not going to turn out well. Obviously someone knows who they are.
