The Raven Boys -

I liked this more than Scorpio Races. But I didn't love it. The book starts really slow. Nothing starts happening until about halfway through the book. It is interesting from that point on.

 

The author did a good job of creating her characters and they felt real. I am a bit frustrated that the

scene regarding Blue and Gansey's kiss and then Gansey's death did not happen. It opened the book and was the first thing to catch my attention (and the only thing for a while), but remained unresolved by the end of the book.

I'm unsure whether or not I want to continue the series. The premise for the next book is amazingly vague. It has good reviews, but I think for this series I'll wait until it's done and see if it does well.
