The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable

The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable - Nassim Nicholas Taleb

I don't know if I was just not in the mood for this or what, but writing this over a week after reading it (and reading more in between) does not help me write a review. I took this from the summary:

"A black swan is a highly improbable event with three principal characteristics: It is unpredictable; it carries a massive impact; and, after the fact, we concoct an explanation that makes it appear less random, and more predictable, than it was."

I found the book repetitive and could not get into it. I think it's an interesting topic, but I did not enjoy the book.
